This informative seminar will present the importance of ensuring an inclusive practice which considers the needs of the children and families, in regard to Race, Ethnicity and Culture. It will examine key challenges in ensuring true equality and equity for all within our settings and schools. Colleagues will have an opportunity to develop their own knowledge and understand how to examine their own practice and identify gaps within their provision. A range of effective strategies will be explored to support the development of an inclusive practice, so we can truly value, embrace and celebrate the rich experiences, culture and languages of our diverse communities.
